Hi, I’m Chantelle! I’m a Registered Nutritionist and Children’s nurse DipCNM, mBant Mcnhc, DipHe Nurs, who’s aim is to improve the health and wellbeing of those I work. I bring a compassionate but committed approach to empowering you to achieving your health goals using a combined style of science-based research, nursing expertise and nutritional knowledge.
Having lived with severe eczema and asthma from a young age, I had tried every conventional treatment out there. During a particularly bad episode and at the end of my tether, I booked to see a Nutritional Therapist. I couldn’t believe how following some dietary advice and making small key changes could make such a difference when creams, steroids and even light therapy hadn’t.
This took me in search of alternative remedies and the slow realisation of how powerful good nutrition can be. Along the way I suffered my own serious health issues including struggling to conceive my second son. All these setbacks made me even more determined to take control of my own health and it was at the renowned College of Naturopathic Medicine in London that I retrained as a Nutritional Therapist.
Having both nutritional and nursing knowledge at my fingertips has also enabled me to support my oldest son through his diagnosis of ADHD and provide him and our family the best nutritional and lifestyle advice possible.
